The intensive Hatha Yoga course was created with the idea to cleanse the mind, deal with our emotions and even change our personalities to become more positive and at peace with ourselves. This can be achieved by slowly changing the complexities and human patterns of behavior, which cause pain and suffering

This 21-day intensive course is thoughtfully divided into three distinct weeks, each tailored to provide a unique experience of self-discovery and rejuvenation:
Week 1: During the initial week, participants will immerse themselves in regular yoga and meditation classes, laying the groundwork for the transformative journey ahead.
Week 2: In the second week, focus shifts towards cleansing and fasting, offering a structured regimen to detoxify the body and refresh the spirit. The daily dietary plan includes a gradual transition to a cleansing diet, featuring apples and honey-lemon water, culminating in a gastrointestinal flushing process. Participants are encouraged to engage in yoga, meditation, and other activities, adapting their level of physical activity to their energy levels.
Week 3: The final week introduces a completely different practice from the preceding weeks, emphasizing intensive yoga practice and self-discipline. Seven unique lessons will be taught over seven days, each to be practiced four times daily, fostering a deeper connection with the body and mind.
Throughout the course, participants are supported in their journey towards holistic wellness, with opportunities for self-reflection, growth, and transformation. By embracing the principles of yoga, meditation, and mindful eating, individuals can cultivate a profound sense of balance, vitality, and inner harmony.
