Course Overview

Our two days course offers an ideal opportunity for both novices and seasoned practitioners to engage in our highly impactful "a holistic yoga journey" program. We firmly believe that even a day of participation in these practices can contribute significantly to restoring harmony and balance to the body, mind, and spirit. In today's fast-paced modern society, maintaining a healthy lifestyle hinges greatly on nurturing this holistic equilibrium.

Arrival Day

     4:00 pm - Arrival Time

     5:30 pm - Orientation and evening yoga session

     7:00 pm - Dinner

     8:00 pm - Trataka (candle gazing meditation)

     9:00 pm - Lights off 

Daily Routine

     5:45 am - Wake up

     6:00 am - Meditation

     7:00 am - Tea Time

     8:00 am - Neti Kriya

     8:15 am - Pranayama

     8:30 am - Yoga

     10:00 am - Breakfast

     11:00 am - Steam or Mud Bath

     12:00 pm - Yoga Nindra

     1:00 pm - Lunch

     4:00 pm - Tea Time

     5:30 pm - Yoga

     7::00 am - Dinner

     8:00 pm - Tratak(candle meditation)

     9:00 pm - Lights out
