Mokshya Yoga Retreat offers an enriching six-day program designed to help you explore your inner self. This retreat features a comprehensive daily schedule that includes guided yoga sessions, incorporating asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and extended meditation periods, along with yogic cleansing practices. Participants will also enjoy wholesome organic and Ayurvedic meals throughout their stay.

To facilitate deep inner reflection, we encourage complete silence during the retreat, allowing individuals to disconnect from external distractions and gain insight into their emotional and mental patterns. Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this retreat provides the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Date and structure of the program

          Starting date:       Course begins every Saturday and ends on Thursday (can be customised)

        Arrival:                         Arrive at Mokshya Yoga Retreat Saturday between 3 to 4 pm

        Orientation:                   Orientation class about silent yoga retreat on Saturday 6 pm

        Program running days:     Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

       Thursday morning:          Program ends after farewell breakfast at 8:00 am

       Transportation:               We will provide transportation to/from airport or hotel 

Arrival Day

     4:00 pm - Arrival Time

     5:30 pm - Orientation and evening yoga session

     7:00 pm - Dinner

     8:00 pm - Trataka (candle gazing meditation)

     9:00 pm - Lights off 

Daily Routine

     5:45 am - Wake up

     6:00 am - Meditation

     7:00 am - Tea Time

     8:00 am - Neti Kriya

     8:15 am - Pranayama

     8:30 am - Yoga

     10:00 am - Breakfast

     11:00 am - Steam or Mud Bath

     12:00 pm - Yoga Nindra

     1:00 pm - Lunch

     4:00 pm - Tea Time

     5:30 pm - Yoga

     7::00 am - Dinner

     8:00 pm - Tratak(candle meditation)

     9:00 pm - Lights out

    

Departure Day

     6:30 am - Wake up

     7:00 am - Tea break

     8:00 am - Neti Kriya

     8:15 am - Morning Yoga

     10:00 am - Breakfast

     11:00 am - Departure

As this is a silent retreat, we offer accommodations in private rooms to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted environment for all participants. This arrangement supports your personal journey of introspection and deepens the retreat experience.
