Mokshya Yoga Retreat offers an enriching six-day program designed to help you explore your inner self. This retreat features a comprehensive daily schedule that includes guided yoga sessions, incorporating asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and extended meditation periods, along with yogic cleansing practices. Participants will also enjoy wholesome organic and Ayurvedic meals throughout their stay.
Date and structure of the program
Starting date: Course begins every Saturday and ends on Thursday (can be customised)
Arrival: Arrive at Mokshya Yoga Retreat Saturday between 3 to 4 pm
Orientation: Orientation class about silent yoga retreat on Saturday 6 pm
Program running days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Thursday morning: Program ends after farewell breakfast at 8:00 am
Transportation: We will provide transportation to/from airport or hotel
